SLJ Week 1 Day 2 Activity 2: One small step for man

Namaste Bloggers!

Have you ever thought of what it's like to set foot on the moon? It sounds like you're going to be found as a dead baboon in 20 years on a comet-like sphere that revolves around the planet all 7.5 billion people live on today. It's crazy!

Below, I have made a poem about what I would've felt like if I was to set foot on the moon as the first person.

Thank you for reading this blogpost! I hope you enjoyed! Ka Kite Ano.

  1. Bonjour Mariam,

Tino Pai on completing Week One, Day Two, Activity Two. Thank you for completing today's activity about Neil Armstrong. I think it is so cool that he was the first ever human to set foot on the moon, he must’ve had some of the best stories about his experience on the moon.

I love the google drawing you have created as a background for your poem. I really like how you have written about how you would feel if you were in Neil’s shoes, landing on the moon. My favourite line is “we can gaze, look at the blaze from the sun”.

If you travelled to the moon, what is something that you would take with you and leave on the moon as a memoir?

    Auf Wiedersehen,
    Kueni
